All the orders are ship from Germany or from India depending on the location of your chosen items. We do Worldwide shipping. The cost of shipping are usually per order, not per item. Usually take between 2 weeks up to one month to receive your order, but can happen that it stays stock with duties for various reason. This is out of Jungle Gypsy responsibility. If you wish that we use a different shipping method please contact us about it.
After the order is sent we are not responsible for any detained packages, duty charges and delay in delivery.
Shipping fees include packing and handling fees.
It can happen that a garment you purchase is out of stock. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible, we can place your order in backorder, or if you do not wish to wait you can exchange your item for a different one or get a full refund. Please note that some items are unique and if it is not available anymore it can’t go in back-orders, only exchange or refund.
