Jungle Gypsy creates clothing for you, our customers. We like to make you pretty and happy. So if you are not happy with a garment you receive we accept return only if the piece as not been wear. You have 7 days to send it back to us after you receive it. After 7 days we will not take any returns. If you choose to return a garment for any reason, you will have to handle the sending fees back and forth.
No refunds we will give except in the case that the piece is damage at reception. If you just place an order and you wish to cancel it you have 24 hours to do so and we will refunds you everything except the transaction fees.
In case the garment is damage we will refunds you 100%, we will ask for a picture of the damage items first and then we will ask you to send the garment back to us. We keep the right to decide if it is damage or not. Beware that we hand dye many piece so that the dye sometimes is not even. If we choose that your piece is not damage you can always exchange it but then you will have to pay for the handling fees.
If you choose to return a regular garment for any reason, you will have to handle the sending fees both ways. If we have good reasons to notice that the garment has been wear we will not precede to exchange. Any difference of cost will be charged. Store credit can be issued instead of refund or exchange at any time.
For the custom order our policy differs a little. As we are creating these unique pieces only for you, using the measurement you send us, we will not accept any returns except if the garment is damage at reception. After you send us an inquiry for a custom orders we will send you an invoice. We will not be starting to work on an order before reception of the payment. After you have sent your payment we can take up to 8 weeks to create our order. If for some reason we are unable to complete your order we will refunds you 100%.
When your order is ready, before we proceed to sending we will send you a picture with the garment we made for you. If you are not happy with something, like the color or details you want us to add or remove, it will be the moment to tell us… Notice that we could be asking you to pay extra charges for adding details and work.
After we send your order no returns will be accepted.
